Frequently Asked Questions

What types of workshops and programs do you offer?

We offer a diverse range of creative programs including open community classes (art, craft, cultural arts), school programs (curriculum-linked workshops), team building experiences for workplaces, community organisation programs (councils, libraries, universities), production and choreography services, and creative industries mentorship for young people aged 16-26.

Where are your programs available?

We deliver programs in-person across Australia (Melbourne, Victoria, and regional areas) and online to participants in the UK, USA, and New Zealand. Many of our workshops can be delivered on-site at your location or via Zoom.

Are your workshops suitable for beginners?

Yes! All of our programs are designed to be beginner-friendly and accessible to participants of all skill levels. Our experienced facilitators guide you through each step, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and confident.

What's included in your workshops?

All materials are included in our workshop pricing. For online classes, craft kits are shipped directly to participants. For in-person sessions, all supplies are provided on-site. You just need to bring your creativity and enthusiasm!

Can I book a private workshop for my group?

Absolutely! We offer private bookings for groups of all sizes including birthday parties, corporate events, school groups, hens/bucks parties, family gatherings, and community celebrations. Contact us to discuss your custom program requirements.

How far in advance should I book?

For public open classes, we recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance to secure your spot. For custom programs (schools, team building, private events), we suggest enquiring 4-6 weeks ahead to ensure availability and allow time for program design and materials preparation.

Do your facilitators have Working With Children Checks?

Yes, all of our facilitators who work with children hold current Working With Children Checks. We prioritise safety and professionalism in all our programs.

What ages are your programs suitable for?

We offer programs for all ages! Our open classes cater to children (7+), teens, and adults (18+). School programs are tailored for prep through Year 12. Team building is designed for adult workplaces, and our mentorship program supports young creatives aged 16-26. Many workshops are family-friendly and suitable for mixed-age groups

How do online workshops work?

Online workshops are delivered live via Zoom with real-time instruction from our facilitators. Craft kits with all required materials are shipped to your address before the session. You’ll receive the Zoom link and instructions upon booking. Classes are interactive, beginner-friendly, and designed to be just as engaging as in-person sessions.

Can workshops be tailored to specific themes or curriculum needs?

Yes! We specialise in creating custom programs tailored to your specific goals, themes, or curriculum requirements. Whether you need curriculum-linked content for schools, culturally-specific workshops for community events, or themed activities for corporate team building, we’ll work with you to design the perfect program.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

For public open classes, we require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations to receive a full refund or transfer to another class. For custom programs and private bookings, cancellation terms are outlined in your booking agreement. Please contact us directly to discuss specific circumstances.
